1: Visit www.centro.bigcityexperience.com  and enter the Voucher Code, Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, City Name, Store Name, and Invoice No. of Products Purchased, and upload a copy of the invoice to receive OTP.

2: Customer to enter the OTP and submit to complete the registration. Customers are to receive a reward code and weblink post successful verification of the bill/ invoice within 2-3 business days. Customers to visit the web link and follow the steps to book their experience.

Details about the Terms and Conditions for Family Day Out (For 2 Adults)

1. This voucher entitles the end-user to a Couple’s Day Out (this includes 2 pax/adults) from Monday to Sunday at a selected resort across selected cities in India.

2. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.  The customer will be required to select at least 2 dates and 2 venues within 15 days gap between both dates.

3. Venue blackout dates apply.

4. Offer includes: Welcome Drink, Lunch Buffet / Set Menu for 2 Adults only & Evening Snacks

5. In addition, the voucher holder will also receive 1 complimentary activity available at the venue for 2 adults.

6. The voucher holder is required to carry the government-issued ID Proof clearly mentioning their name and Date of Birth at the venues on arrival.

7. Any equipment, or apparel required to participate in the free activities are to be brought by the customer. The resorts will not provide the equipment or apparel required to experience the complementary activity.

8. The complimentary activity offered may vary from venue to venue. You will be informed of the complimentary activity in advance during the time of the booking. They will include experiences such as Swimming pool access, access to sporting and recreational facilities, etc. One activity will be provided on a complimentary basis.

9. Additional services such as Accommodation, Parking Charges, Corkage, Telephone charges, cost of additional food and beverages ordered, Paid Activities, etc at the venue are not included in this package and are to be borne by the voucher holder extra on actuals. All additional services will be charged as per normal menu rates at the venue.

10. Any additional people or children accompanying the voucher holder will have to pay full price at actuals as charged by the participating venue/resort.

11. Participating Venue / Resort cannot guarantee the availability of the experience for any additional individuals, or children, accompanying the voucher holder.  The voucher holder is requested to call the venue/resort in advance to check the availability for additional guests who are to accompany them and pay in advance directly to the resort/venue prior to their date of booking.

12. The voucher can be redeemed on advance bookings only. Minimum 2 days of advance booking is mandatory.

13. During booking you may be required to provide anyone form of photo identification that may be validated at the resort. Forms of ID that are accepted include Aadhar Card, Voters ID, Pan Card, Driver’s license, and Passport. Please ensure you carry this same form of ID while visiting the resort on redemption.

14. Particulars of visiting persons are to be provided to our booking team at the time of booking. No variation in the visiting party can be allowed once booked.

Reliance Centro Voucher Terms & Conditions for Redemption

• To avail of the experience, you will need to present your voucher at the venue upon your arrival.
• The Family Days Out voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer marketed by the resort or promoter.
• We consider a venue within 200 km of the city of your purchase to be in your area. In the case that there is no venue in your area, your details will be kept on record until such a time as a venue is recruited. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD will use reasonable endeavors to recruit a venue in your area, but if this cannot be guaranteed you will be offered an alternative which may involve a journey time of greater than 200 kilometers. Such an offer shall fulfill all promotional obligations to you.
• In the event of the non-availability of the promotional venue on the requested date, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to offer alternate resorts or dates within +/- 3 dates from the requested date.
• Participating venues reserve the right to vary their conditions of acceptance of the voucher and their normal entry conditions or restrictions (concerning dress code, minimum. age, times, dates & other matters). Customers are requested to check with the venue prior to arrival.
• The availability of venues will be highly restricted and limited during special occasions including but not limited to public holidays, Festivals, Long weekends, and Elections.
• If you fail to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the appointment or do not show up at the venue, your voucher will be deemed as redeemed.
• Any changes or rescheduling of your bookings need to be made 48hrs. prior to the date of redemption.
• As part of the terms of this promotion, the venues/resorts do not entertain direct walk-in customers. All customers are requested to make reservations in advance via the promotional website. No bookings/bills/invoices shall be accepted via Phone/Email.

General Terms & Conditions of Reliance Centro Voucher

1. This offer entitles the end user to redeem Couples Day’s Out (includes 2 persons/adults) at Participating Venues in select cities of India.

2. Offer valid in select participating outlets and Select cities.

3. This offer is not available to employees, Agents, Dealers, or Distributors of Reliance Retail Limited and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.

4. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.

5. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase (from 13th April 2023 to 15th May 2023), Invoice/Bill No, , and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.

6. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.

7. Only the purchases made between 13th April 2023 till 15th May 2023 will be considered for rewards.

8. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.

9. The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
